Sometimes there is a great notion to write: where else, in what country such horrifying scandalous conditions, as in ours. The answer comes immediately. There are some of such «lucky», and the most of them are the states of the former Soviet Union. But today we refer to us, not to them.

Here is one of social networks on the Internet, where huge sums for the treatment of children has been collected during the past year. And it is great that the money are being raised. It is wonderful, that the children leave for medical treatment. You might say, hurray. But how long will this fundraising based on hysteria will last? Six months? A year?

We are far from the idea of disapproving those desperate, brave, very kind and responsive people moved by their best emotions, by absolutely sincere desire to help a child, when «bombing» banks, oil companies, friends and acquaintances by the requests about help. They all are the best people, but the day will come soon, when this new source of fundraising will dry up donations. And what will we have then? What new forms and methods of funds raising will be left to try?

There should not be such situations where charitable funds would be the shepherds, «watching» and keeping only for themselves their benefactors. There should not be such a huge number of requests. It is simply unthinkable. From time to time an Internet-based forum of a major Internet resource publishes information about the fundraisings for children. We are so grateful to them for that, but really should that be so? Should Internet be filled with thousands of requests about help? And what kind of requests! As our friend told once, after reading one of these request — there is only one desire left — it is to run, to give all the money, and all blood and bone marrow, all at once, for to be sure.

Funds have to select stories of younger children (the younger — the better, for to just «knock down» potential donators at the first reading), and the story should be very catchy. With all these «between life and death» and those «there is only a week left…» To «hit the birch log of wood on the head» of the reader, and all he was left to do after the reading is to reach the wallet and give everything he got there to the unhappy child.
